但因為Microsoft.SharePoint.dll參考 在 MOSS server 上，而使用個人電腦開發時，

本想直接將Microsoft.SharePoint.dll copy 至個人電腦中做開發使用，

但結果只會出現"發生未預期之錯誤"

只好在MOSS Server 上 灌VS.net 試看看了.... 殘念
